Dear Officers,

As of August 1, 2006 the State of Florida cancelled all dues deductions. If you have not sent in a membership form you are not considered a member. It is crucial that you send one of the following forms to IUPA-FL to retain your membership.

You have the choice of having your dues automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis of $30 by signing up for Pre Authorization Payments, or, if you prefer, you may pay your dues annually or bi-annually by sending a check for $360 for one year or $180 for six months to IUPA-FL. We will notify you when it's time to renew your membership.
